  •  35 Members and 5 guests were present
  •  Our guests stood and gave their names and how they heard about us.
  •  NOTED: Please wear your badges at all meetings and functions
  •  A 25 cent fine for not wearing a badge. Pay to the refreshment donation can
  •  Thank you to our refreshment providers

REPORTS:
Treasurer: Daina Sandhop read the treasurers report. We have $9400 in the account.
There were no requests to the Board for member personally paid club expenses.

Membership: Daina Sandhop Total membership is now 39. Daina also informed the members that if their badges need repair to let her know because they can be fixed at Trophy Mart. There will be a Membership Drive at Chloride, AZ in June. Membership Dues are due now:
Single $15, After July 1 $7.50 - Couples $20 After July 1 $10 - Family $25 After July 1-$12.50.

Secretary: Lynn Smith presented the Secretary report which was approved. This is provided on the Web page every month.

STUDY GROUP UPDATE/REPORT
Ed Huskinson reminded members of the Mineral Study Group which will be at his place on March 19th at 6:30 pm

Gary Bolles reported that the Rockhound 101 meeting will be canceled until in June.

FIELD TRIP COORDINATOR REPORT
Gary Bolles reported on the Field trip to Red Cloud and displayed some of his findings. If anyone has any ideas of where they would like to go on a field trip, please let him know.

SHOW MEETING REPORT
Daina Sandhop reported that flyers have been made and sent out and that members are welcome to take some to hand out. Asking for volunteers to help set up on Friday May 3rd and tear down on May 5th. The show dates are May 4th and 5th .
Daina asked for volunteers for the Show Children’s Craft meeting. The first meeting  will be on April 1st at 2 pm at Daina’s place.

NEW BUSINESS
A member showed some rocks that were found at Temple Bar. Dave Jacovitch gave a presentation of a trip he made to Castle Zone Mine

A short break for refreshments then Ed Huskinson gave an informative presentation on Mercury.

We concluded with the Door Prize drawing and Silent Auction.
